Personally, I think these are the nightmares of these characters since (spoiler alert) every comic ends with the kid dying. I just hope that Little Nightmares keeps the same feel now that Tarsier left the mix. The soundtrack is beautiful and it helps this. It makes me feel like there is no way that these kids are going to be able to survive. Little Nightmares is a bit scary and every one of the endings are hopeless. (A tiny spoiler for LN2 and just me gushing about it) I think that’s the thing you guys are going for. The endings to all of them make me feel really grim and weird! Which makes me feel amazing. Instead of the total loneliness of the first game, Tarsier Studios has added a companion in the sequel named Six. LN is my fave video game ever! When I heard there was a second one coming out I was hyped! I played VLN and made a ton of fan art of Mono And Six! And when this came out I loved it! The art is so pretty and story is so creative! Also the music when Six and Mono meet gave me flashbacks.! I’m a scaredy-cat so some of the comics made me gasp a bit. Little Nightmares 2 has a secret weapon for setting its tone and creeping you out.
